Chef Freddie Famble III, CEC

Born and raised in Abilene, Tx. I graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. My passion led me to being able to cook in the Michelin Star Restaurant Oceana of New York City. I was then fortunate enough to further my career at some of the best Country Clubs in the country. I have studied under Certified Master Chefs, previous Culinary Olympic Team Members, and have competed in competitions as well. I spent a few years as a butcher which has given me a love for the archaic craft. I have studied in some really amazing kitchens that have even better Chefs to bring the Chef Table to your table. We customize every event to cater to your needs.
